Excellent staff, good location, comfortable beds and pillows, provided coffee, tea, and water in room.

Felt very well taken care of, no complaints at all.

We loved the location of the hotel as it was close to the night market and down to the river. The staff was very polite and provided good services. The room was clean and spacious with good amenities. The breakfast served on the top floor had a nice view and good food varieties.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The hotel location is great for those who want to explore the city. It is situated near a popular local restaurant and within a short walk down to the river. You can find the night market nearby. the rooms are new, clean and comfortable with everything you need. the attentive staff offers excellent service and the breakfast is tasty with plenty of variety to choose from. From the top floor breakfast area, you can enjoy a nice view of the city.

The bathroom configuration is a little strange in some rooms which can be uncomfortable for some guests.

The staff was friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to make sure our stay was comfortable. The room was clean and comfortable with a nice view. We also enjoyed the complimentary fruit basket upon arrival. The hotel's location was convenient and easy to get around.

The bathroom needed a bit more attention to detail in terms of cleanliness and maintenance, but the staff quickly fixed the issue. The breakfast selection was limited, but the view from the dining area made up for it.
